Active/Inactive Handicaps

Following the survey of all clubs regarding whether to stay with 3 qualifying cards to keep an "Active" handicap or increase the number to 5.

The result was 19 clubs in favour of 3 cards. 23 clubs in favour of 5 cards.

3 clubs not bothered either way and 7 clubs did not reply.

We shall have to wait and see what the outcome is from the rest of the country.
